SUGGESTIONS
AND COMPLAINTS
We always
try to provide the best service possible, but there may be times when
you feel that this has not happened or that things could have been handled
better. We hope you will allow us to look into and, if necessary, correct
any problems that you have identified. If you have any comments, suggestions
or complaints, please contact the practice manager, Ms Phil Cullen,
in person or in writing. The only way we can improve the quality of
the services we provide is by listening to your suggestions.
MEDICAL
RECORDS AND CONFIDENTIALITY
We keep all
your records on paper files at present. Should you wish to see your
records please contact the surgery. We give the highest priority to
confidentiality. Medical records are not disclosed to anyone outside
the practice without your written consent. All members of the practice
are bound by strict rules and even the fact that you have attended the
surgery is regarded as confidential.
FEES
Fees are
charged in accordance with the consultation. Special services may be
charged at a higher rate. The receptionist will be happy to outline
the fee schedule in advance and provide an itemised bill. It is the
policy of the practice that the fees are paid at the time of consultation.
