OBTAIN A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION?
Please
ask for and USE the repeat prescription card if you are on regular
medication. You can request a repeat prescription in person or by
post. For safety reasons, we CANNOT take telephone requests
for repeat prescriptions. We can post your prescription if
you supply an SAE. You may also collect your prescriptions in person
from the surgery from Monday to Friday only. Please allow a minimum
of TWO working days between the request and collection.

OBTAIN SOCIAL WELFARE CERTIFICATES?
These will only be
issued from Monday to Friday and WILL NOT be issued to a third party or on Saturday
mornings.
